Suda Boğulma Tanısında Kullanılan Yöntemlerin İrdelenmesi

Suda ölü olarak bulunan olgular hakkında; ölüm sebebinin suda boğulma olduğu şeklinde ön yargı ve orijinin kaza olduğu düşüncesi hakimdir. Bu olgularda kesin tanısal kriterler hala tartışmalıdır. Bu derlemede, tanısal amaçlı yapılan çalışmaların karşılaştırılarak sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Sudan çıkarılan cesetler üzerinde yapılan çalışmalarla ilgili literatür verileri tartışılmıştır. Ancak tanı koyduracak spesifik bir bulgu saptanamamıştır. Ayrıntılı adli tahkikat ve zamanında olay yeri incelemesi, olayın çözümlenmesinde çok önemli katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu olgulara mutlaka zamanında ve standartlara uygun otopsi yapılması gerekmektedir.
