He graduated at 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty in Forensic Medicine at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 1999. He worked at the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute 2nd Specialization Board between 2000-2004.
He became an "Assistant Professor" in 2005, Associate Professor" in 2008 and "Professor" in 2014 in Mersin University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine. He has been working at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine and the founding director of Mersin University Child Protection and Research Center.
Turkey's international qualified textbook "Forensic Medicine and Forensic Science" (2019) and "Forensic Medicine & Forensic Sciences at Case" (2020) were the editor of the books. He has published many national and international articles, research and book chapters. Special study issues; children's rights, women's rights, violence, forensic psychiatry and medical malpractice.

After completing his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1984, he became an Assistant Professor at the same faculty's Department of Forensic Medicine in 1991, and was promoted to Associate Professor in 1995 and Professor in 2001, a position he continues to hold. He served as the Head of the The Council of Forensic Medicine Morgue Specialization Department (Adli Tıp Kurumu Morg İhtisas Dairesi) with an additional duty between 2003-2009. He is a Founding Member of the Forensic Medicine Specialists Association (Adli Tıp Uzmanları Derneği), the Forensic Medicine Association (Adli Tıp Derneği), and the  Forensic Document Examiners Association (Adli Belge İncelemeciler Derneği), and an Honorary Board Member of the Forensic Biology and Genetics Law Association (Adli Biyoloji ve Gen Hukuku Derneği). His special areas of expertise include forensic autopsy, forensic traumatology, medical malpractice, and forensic document examination.

He graduated from Hacettepe University English Medical Faculty in 1994. Following his compulsory service, he completed his specialization in Family Medicine at Taksim Training and Research Hospital and became a Family Medicine Specialist in 2000. He later completed his specialization in Forensic Medicine, which he started at the Forensic Medicine Institution, in 2004, becoming a Forensic Medicine Specialist. He participated in the development of the Forensic Medicine Module as a Functional User of Forensic Medicine in the National Judiciary Network Project conducted by the Ministry of Justice. In 2005, he was appointed to restructure the Cyber Crimes Department established within the Forensic Medicine Institution by the Minister of Justice at the time. As part of this, he conducted examinations at the London Metropolitan Police High-Tech Crime Laboratory in 2006 and at the Netherlands Forensic Institute. He attended Microsoft System Engineering, C Programming, SQL Database, WEB Programming, and Electronic Signature courses to improve his skills in the field of informatics.
As a result of his examinations, he prepared a report to the Forensic Medicine Presidency, stating that the procedures to be carried out in the Cyber Crimes, Voice, and Image Analysis Departments to be established at the Forensic Medicine Institution did not resemble the examination subjects of the Physical Specialization Department. He recommended that these laboratories should be structured separately under the High-Tech Crimes Department and that experts to be employed in these units should be selected from graduates who have completed postgraduate and doctoral studies in the field of Forensic Sciences at relevant faculties. He was appointed to the Rize Forensic Medicine Branch Directorate. In 2007, he participated in the organization of the Forensic Informatics Course by the Forensic Scientists Association (Adli Bilimciler Derneği) and Izmir Institute of Technology. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Department of Forensic Medicine at Rize University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. Here, he taught Forensic Medicine courses as well as Medical Informatics courses. From November 2012 to November 2018, he served as the Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine at Afyon Kocatepe University. Later, He served as a faculty member at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Tayfur Sökmen Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine. Dr. Uğur Koçak, who currently works at the Rize Forensic Medicine Branch, married and father of two, is proficient in English.

After completing his undergraduate education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1994, he became a pathology specialist in 2000 and a forensic medicine specialist in 2006. He obtained the title of associate professor at Maltepe University Department of Forensic Medicine in 2015. Since 2017, he has been working as a faculty member at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Department of Forensic Medicine, and he was awarded the title of professor in 2021. Since 2019, he has been the vice president of the Competency Board in the Forensic Medicine Specialists Association (Adli Tıp Uzmanları Derneği Meslekte Yeterlilik Kurulu) (ATUYEK) and a member of the Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Prevention Board (Cinsel Taciz ve Cinsel Saldırıyla Mücadele Kurulu) (CİTSAM) at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. He teaches forensic medicine to medical students. He has delivered numerous speeches and presentations at national and international scientific meetings and is a co-author of many articles and book chapters. His special areas of expertise include forensic pathology, autopsy, forensic traumatology, medical malpractice, sexual assaults, violence against women, child abuse, and human rights violations.

After completing his medical school education at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2009, he completed his compulsory service at Tokat Turhal State Hospital. In 2015, he became a Forensic Medicine specialist at Çukurova University, Department of Forensic Medicine. After working at the Forensic Medicine Institute Adana Group Presidency for about 4 years, he started working as a lecturer at Çukurova University, Department of Forensic Medicine in 2019. He received the title of Associate Professor in March 2022 and currently works as a faculty member at Çukurova University, Department of Forensic Medicine. He is a member of the Çukurova University Support Board against Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault. He gives forensic medicine courses to students of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Dentistry and the Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences. He is the author of many papers at national and international scientific meetings and the co-author of many articles and book chapters. Private work areas; Autopsy, forensic traumatology, medical malpractice, sexual assaults, violence against women, child abuse and age estimation are the areas.

He started his specialization training in the Department of Forensic Medicine at Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine in 2012 and completed it in 2016. He completed his civil service obligation as a forensic medicine specialist in Şırnak between 2016 and 2018. In 2018, he started working as a faculty member at Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2022. His professional interests include forensic traumatology, criminal responsibility, child and elderly abuse. He is a board member of the Forensic Medicine Specialists Association. He currently works as a faculty member at Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine.

Between 2017 and 2020, he worked as a forensic medicine specialist at the Forensic Medicine Institution Ankara Group Presidency. In 2020, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine, where he is continuing his duty.
In 2020, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. In 2023, he started his internship at the Ankara Bar Association and is continuing his legal internship.

He was born in 1984. He completed his primary and high school education in Şanlıurfa. He graduated from İstanbul University-İstanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2009. In 2015, he completed his specialization training at İstanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine and became a forensic medicine specialist. He worked for 2 years at the Şanlıurfa Branch of Counsil of Forensic Medicine as a forensic medicine specialist. Then he worked at the Counsil of Forensic Medicine 3rd Specialization Board for 5 years. He has been working as a forensic medicine specialist at İstanbul University-İstanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine since November 2022.

She graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Science, with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. After graduated master's degree at İstanbul University Forensic Medicine Institute in 2016, she completed doctorate program at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Institute of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences in 2020 and earned title of Ph.D. She worked as a lecturer at various foundation universities. She is currently a Board Member of the Forensic Document Examiners Association, a training officer and trainer, and a member of the Forensic Biology and Gene Law Association. Special areas of study are Forensic Biology and Forensic Document Examination.

She completed her undergraduate education at Koç University Faculty of Medicine in 2017. In 2018, she began her specialization training in the Department of Forensic Medicine at İstanbul University İstanbul Faculty of Medicine. Her specialization thesis proposal was supported by Istanbul University Scientific Research Projects and TÜBİTAK. She was awarded the first prize in the field of forensic sciences for her oral presentation at the 4th International 20th National Forensic Sciences Congress on the subject of her specialization thesis. Having completed her specialization in 2023, Zarif Asucan Şenbaş currently serves as a forensic medicine specialist at the Council of Forensic Medicine.

After completing undergraduate education at the Faculty of Medicine at 19 Mayıs University in 2015, he completed forensic medicine specialization training at Dokuz Eylül University and Ege University. In 2020, he became a Forensic Medicine Specialist. Since 2021, he has been working at the Kahramanmaraş Forensic Medicine Branch Office. He is one of the translation editors of the Turkish version of the book "Diagnostic Pathology: Forensic Autopsy", titled "Tanısal Patoloji: Adli Otopsi". He has national and international articles. He actively serves as a reviewer in the international journals of forensic sciences. His specific areas of expertise include forensic medicine specialization training, autopsy, disability, forensic traumatology, and mobbing.

Following his compulsory service at the Lüleburgaz State Hospital Emergency Department between 2015 and 2018, he started his forensic medicine specialization training at the Council of Forensic Medicine in 2019. He completed his specialty thesis in medicine titled "Forensic Medical Examination of Hanging Cases Evaluated by the First Forensic Medicine Specialization Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine" in 2023 and became a Forensic Medicine Specialist. In 2023, he started working as a forensic medicine specialist at Hatay Branch Office of the Council of Forensic Medicine. He attended various congresses and presentations in the field of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences. His special interests are children's criminal responsibility, medical malpractice, and disability. He speaks English fluently.
