Erkek Hükümlülerde Tekrar Suç İşlemeye İlişkin Risk Faktörlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Tehlikelilik kavramı günümüzde yerini risk değerlendirmesine bırakmaktadır. Tekrar suç davranışını ortaya çıkaran ve/ya çıkmasına değişik faktörlerle birlikte etki eden statik ve dinamik risk faktörlerinin kişiye ve suça özgü olarak belirlenmesi suç önleme çalışmalarının etkinliğini arttırabilir. Araştırmaya, T.C. Adalet Bakanlığı Ceza ve Tevkif Evleri Genel Müdürlüğü Ceza İnfaz Kuramlarında kalan % 35'i (n=41) öldürme veya yaralama suçu, % 35'i (n=41) cinsel suç ve % 30'u (n=35) hırsızlık suçu işlemiş, yaş ortalaması 33.81 (ss=9.12) olan toplam 117 erkek hükümlü katılmıştır. Katılımcıların adli dosyalan incelenmiş ve ayrıntılı veri formu ve Kısa Semptom Envanteri, Saldırganlık Ölçeği yüz-yüze görüşme ile uygulanmıştır Tekrar suç işleme davranışı ile 18 yaş öncesi evden ayrı bir dönem geçirme, arkadaş çevresinde suç işleyenlerin ve sorun yaratacak denli alkol-madde kullananların bulunması, anti-sosyal davranış örüntüleri gösterme, askerlik döneminde ve ceza infaz kurumunda kuralları bozacak türde davranma gibi değişkenlerin ilgili olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuçlar, ilgili literatüre dayanarak, demografik, aile ve çevre ilişkileri, kişisel özellikler, travmatik yaşantılar başlıkları altında gelişimsel teoriler ve suç teorileri bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir.
