Cinsel İstismara Yol Açan Dijital Kaynaklı Eylemler: Siber Uşaklaştırma

Bilgisayar teknolojisinin, özellikle internetin gelişmesiyle çocuklara yönelik cinsel istismar üzerindeki etkisi daha belirgin hale gelmiştir. Bu nedenle günlük hayatta yaşadığımız tehditler de kendine has versiyonları ile sanal ortamda yer edinmeye başlamıştır. Dijital dünya, yetişkinler için bile oldukça zararları fazla olan bir ortam iken artık çocukları da ciddi anlamda tehdit eder bir hale dönüşmüştür. Bu çalışmada dijital ortamdaki bir şiddet alanı olan siber/çevrimiçi/e-uşaklaştırmanın (cybergrooming) tanımı, risk faktörleri, özellikleri, süreci, korunma ve önleme yöntemleri tartışılacaktır. Siber uşaklaştırma (cyber grooming) bir çocukla sanal veya gerçek olarak, cinsel yönden istismar etmek amacıyla internet üzerinden iletişime geçmek anlamına gelmektedir. Uşaklaştırıcının (groomer) bu süreçte, çocuğu cinsel yönden istismar edici davranışlarını güçlendirmeye hizmet etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu nedenle siber uşaklaştırmanın tarzı, genellikle hem istismarcının hem de mağdurun kişiliğini ve davranış paternini yansıttığı için, bu sürecin süresi ve yoğunluğu da önemli ölçüde farklılık göstermektedir. Dolayısıyla, siber ortamda uşaklaştırma özellikleri gereği bir çeşit manipülasyonu içermektedir. İlk aşamada iletişimin başlatıldığı, daha sonra çocuğu kandırmak ve şantaj yapmak için kullanmak üzere, hediyeler almak, para vermek, övgüde bulunmak, çevresinden izole etmek gibi yöntemlerin kullanıldığı, mağdur ile kişisel bir randevunun ayarlanmaya çalışıldığı çeşitli aşamaları içeren, mağduru ciddi anlamda olumsuz etkileyen travmatik bir süreçtir. Sonuç olarak, siber uşaklaştırma kavramının ülkemizde Türk Ceza Kanunu’na dahil edilmesi, potansiyel olarak çocukların cinsel istismarına yol açacak hazırlık eylemlerinin de suç sayılmasını mümkün kılacağından, çocuklar, her türlü cinsel istismardan korunmuş olacaklardır.
