Suda Boğulma Yöntemi ile İntihar Olgu Sunumu

Suda boğulma olgularında ölüm sebebi ve ölüm orijini, olay yeri incelemesi, ölü muayenesi, otopsi, laboratuar incelemeleri ve psikolojik otopsi değerlendirmesi sonucunda elde edilecek verilerin birbirini desteklediği ölçüde doğru olarak tespit edilebilir. Sudan çıkartılan ve tüm postmortem incelemeler sonucunda suda boğulma yöntemi ile intihar ettiği tespit edilen 69 yaşındaki olgu, birbirini bütünleyen olay yeri incelemesi ve postmortem inceleme bulguları ile sunulmuştur.
