Cinsel İstismara Maruz Kaldığı Bildirilen Olguların Ruhsal Değerlendirme Sonuçları

Çocuk ve ergenin cinsel istismarı çeşitli olumsuz sonuçlara yol açmaktadır. Cinsel istismarın olası sonuçları, cinsellik üzerine etkiler, depresif duygudurum, anksiyete, davranışsal etkiler ve kişilik değişiklikleridir. Bu yazıda cinsel istismar mağduru 21 çocuk ve ergenin ruhsal belirtileri DSM-IV’e dayalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. 4-16 yaş arası 12 kız, 9 erkek çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Tüm olguların düşük sosyoekonomik düzeyden geldiği görülmüştür. En sık görülen ruhsal bozukluklar travma sonrası stres bozukluğu, ayrılık anksiyetesi bozukluğu, major depresif bozukluk ve dışa atım bozuklukları olarak saptanmıştır. Cinsel istismar mağduru çocuk ve ergenler çok farklı psikiyatrik tablolar geliştirebilmektedir. Bu nedenle cinsel istismarın çocuk ve ergenler üzerindeki etkilerini bilmek değerlendirme, önleme ve tedavi açısından önem taşımaktadır.
