Semen Kontamine Vajinal Materyalde Proteinaz K ile Spermatozoa İzolasyonu ve ABO H Grup Tayini

Seksüel suçlar adı verilen ırza geçme, tasaddi, livata ve zina olaylarında suçun kanıtlanması için genel fizik muayene, jinekolojik bakı ve vajinal materyalin spermatozoa varlığı açısından incelenmesi gereklidir. Saldırının gerçekleştiği ancak failin belli olmadığı olgularda bunlara ek olarak, suçlunun kimliğini belirleyebilmek amacıyla vajinal materyalde genetik işaretler incelenmelidir. Bu çalışmada semen kontamine vajinal sürüntülerde ABO grup tiplemesinde güvenilirliği arttırmak için absorbsiyon elüsyon ile birlikte proteinaz K kullanımının uygulanabilirliği araştırıldı. Proteinaz K eklendikten sonra vajinal materyal içinde sadece spermatozoidlerin kaldığı ve sonuç olarak elde edilen kan grubunun sadece spermatozoanın antijenik yapısını yansıttığı görüldü. Absorbsiyon-elüsyon tekniği ile Proteinaz K kullanılmadan değerlendirilen örneklerde doğru sonuç elde edilme oranı % 86, proteinaz K kullanılan örneklerde % 82.67 olarak bulundu.
