Dear Colleagues, You just hold this issue on the last days of this year, which is the last issue of 2006 volume. I had started as an associate editor, and continued as a chief editor for 10 years, and I have the honor to hand this very reputable position over to my brilliant young colleagues whom i am sure to improve our Bulletin much more than now. I want to express my gratitude to all my colleagues who has had a great share in the success of this Bulletin. We had started to work with only the Society of Forensic Medicine Specialists as a support, and a spirit of layman with a professional perspective. We achieved much beyond our dreams. I am going to be more tight with my schedule since i have been honoured by International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims as an independent expert in ExCom. Nevertheless, my colleagues will elevate the quality of this bulletin, and i wish them a successful period with support of our community.

Sincerely,
Şebnem Korur Fincancı, Prof. Dr.
